Orders placed after the cut-off time will be treated as received on the next business day.

Handling Time

Our handling time is:

  • Processing days: Monday through Friday

Handling time refers to the time required to prepare, process, and ship an order after it is placed.

Transit Time

Our standard transit time is:

  • 3 to 4 business days
  • Transit days: Monday through Friday
  • Applies to: All destinations within the United States

Transit time begins after the order has been processed and shipped.

Total Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time is:

  • 6 to 7 business days for all destinations

Total delivery time includes both handling time and transit time. Delivery estimates may be adjusted when shipments are affected by public holidays, carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
